NanoH2O, Ltd.(이하 “회사”)는 NanoH2O Partners(패키지명: com.nanoh2owater.partners, 이하 “앱”)를 통해 승인된 파트너가 NanoH2O Partners 웹 포털을 이용할 수 있도록 제공합니다. 본 방침은 앱과 앱 안에서 표시되는 웹 포털이 개인정보를 처리하는 방법을 설명합니다.

앱에는 광고 SDK가 포함되어 있지 않으며, 앱 자체는 광고 식별자를 이용한 맞춤형 광고 또는 제3자 광고 추적을 수행하지 않습니다. 앱은 웹 포털을 표시하는 WebView 기반 클라이언트로, 포털 이용에 필요한 정보만 처리합니다.

비밀번호는 인증을 위해 포털 서버로 전송되며, 앱이 별도의 분석 로그나 자체 데이터베이스에 비밀번호를 저장하지 않습니다. 다만 사용자가 로그인 상태 유지를 선택한 경우 인증 쿠키 또는 세션 정보가 앱의 WebView 저장소에 보관될 수 있습니다.

2. 앱 권한과 기기 기능 사용

4. 보관 및 삭제

앱에 저장된 쿠키, 캐시, 로컬 스토리지 등의 정보는 사용자가 Android 설정에서 앱 데이터를 삭제하거나 앱을 제거하면 삭제될 수 있습니다. 다만 사용자가 촬영하여 Pictures 폴더에 저장한 사진이나 Downloads 폴더에 내려받은 파일은 앱 제거 후에도 남을 수 있으므로 사용자가 직접 삭제해야 합니다. 앱 삭제는 서버에 보관된 계정 또는 업무 데이터를 자동으로 삭제하지 않습니다.

NanoH2O Partners Android App Privacy Policy

NanoH2O, Ltd. (the “Company,” “we,” or “us”) provides the NanoH2O Partners Android application (package name: com.nanoh2owater.partners, the “App”) so approved partners can access the NanoH2O Partners web portal. This Policy explains how information is handled by the App and the portal displayed within it.

The App does not contain an advertising SDK and does not use an advertising identifier for personalized advertising or third-party advertising tracking. It is a WebView-based client that processes information needed to provide the partner portal.

Passwords are transmitted to the portal server for authentication. The App does not separately store passwords in its own analytics logs or database. If you choose to remain signed in, authentication cookies or session data may remain in the App's WebView storage.

2. App permissions and device features

  • Internet: Loads the portal and supports login, viewing, entry, upload, and download features.
  • Camera: Used only when you choose a portal capture or upload feature. If permission is denied, only camera-based features are limited.
  • File picker: The Android system picker gives the App access only to files you select. The App does not request broad storage permission.
  • Downloads: Files you download from the portal may be saved in your device's Downloads folder.
  • Clipboard: Pressing COPY writes the current page URL to the clipboard. The App does not read existing clipboard contents or send them to a server.

A newly captured image may be saved in Pictures/NanoH2OPartners. A selected or captured file is sent to the portal only when you proceed with the upload.

3. How we use information

  • Authenticate approved partners and provide authorized access.
  • Provide partner portal content, documents, and operational features.
  • Provide user-requested file selection, capture, upload, and download features.
  • Maintain login sessions and user preferences.
  • Respond to inquiries and improve security, reliability, and service quality.
  • Comply with applicable law and respond to disputes.

4. Retention and deletion

Server-side account data, portal business data, and logs are retained as needed to provide the service, maintain security, respond to inquiries or disputes, and meet legal obligations. They are deleted or de-identified when the applicable purpose ends, subject to the type of information, contractual relationship, security needs, and applicable law.

Cookies, cache, and local WebView storage may be removed by clearing the App's data in Android settings or uninstalling the App. Photos saved in Pictures and files saved in Downloads may remain after uninstalling and must be deleted by the user. Uninstalling the App does not automatically delete account or business data stored on the server.

5. External services, service providers, and international processing

The App communicates with the NanoH2O Partners servers and uses Android System WebView, Android system file-picker, camera and download features, and hosting and network infrastructure needed to operate the service. Depending on website configuration, the portal may use cookies or analytics tools such as Google Analytics. When used, data may be processed on the relevant provider's systems.

6. Your choices and rights

  • You can grant or revoke camera permission at any time in Android settings.
  • You can delete App data, captured photos, and downloaded files from your device.
  • You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or account deletion by contacting us.
  • Information needed for contractual performance, security, or legal obligations may be retained after a request where permitted by law.

7. Children's privacy

The App is a business service for Company-approved partners and is not directed to children under 14. If we learn that a child's personal information was provided without proper authorization, we will take appropriate action under applicable law.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS communications, access controls, and operational procedures. No Internet transmission or electronic storage method can eliminate every risk.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when App features, portal operations, or applicable law change. We will post the new effective or last-updated date here and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the App or portal.
